OUR FITNESS PROGRAM
Trim Fitness World is a “women-only” club with a wide variety of fitness classes to suit everyone, regardless of age and fitness level. Sessions include stamina building classes such as dance step, dance aerobics and cardio workouts while conditioning classes using free weights such as medicine balls, fit balls and other equipment, tone the body and build strength. There are also Yoga and Pilates classes to improve flexibility and relieve stress which is so prevalent in our hectic city life. Personal training by our qualified fitness instructors is also available upon request.
